When ordering your Heating Oil online you can choose a variety of options including 10 days, 5 days, and 3 days. Express delivery is often available and we will always endeavor to deliver the fuel to you as soon as possible

Q. How do I know when I will receive my fuel?
A. We offer a service whereby we can send a text to inform you when the delivery has been scheduled
Q. Do I need to be home to take the delivery?
A. We can deliver without you being present as long as we can gain access to the tank. A request to receive prior notification will mean that you can ensure your tank is accessible before you need to leave.
Q. How do I know I am getting the best price?

Q. What happens if I order too much Heating Oil?
A. If our driver arrives at your property and he is unable to deliver the full amount, he will assess how many litres we can deliver and offload the product into your tank accordingly. This is subject to a minimum delivery of 500 litres. If you don’t receive the amount that you ordered, we will refund your payment card accordingly.
